Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- ability to stand or move for up to four hours
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks for entire shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- effective verbal communication skills
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years old

- basic math skills for processing payments

- previous customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- greet guests in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and in person
- deliver carside and to-go orders accurately and promptly
- make recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- communicate effectively with team members
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards during shifts
- lift and transport orders safely to vehicles
- adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
