The available position is for an Applebee's Carside team member, a role that combines fun, flexibility, and opportunities for growth. Working in this role means being the first and last point of contact for guests who use the carside or to-go service. The role requires a warm and friendly attitude as you greet guests over the phone and deliver orders directly to their cars with a smile. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and move with steady pace for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Ability to wash hands frequently using disinfectant soap
- Commitment to adhere to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests over the phone and in person with friendliness and professionalism
