In the position of Applebee's Carside team member, the individual will serve as the vital first and last point of contact for guests. The role starts with answering guests over the phone and culminates in delivering their carside or to-go orders with a warm smile and exceptional service. The successful candidate must be friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive – able to make thoughtful recommendations and anticipate guest needs effectively. This role requires hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude, ensuring that team members enjoy their jobs while delivering excellent service.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess effective communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to making a real impact in the guest experience and team environment.
