- Installs footing forms
- Builds and installs wall and column forms
- Builds and installs structural deck forms
- Sets slab-on-grade forms
- Preps and sets tilt-up/precast forms
- Works with building layout
- Ensures a safe work environment
- Participates in training/certifications
