- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks
- ability to lift more than 50 lb
- previous experience in food service or kitchen work is a plus

Job Duties
- assist in the preparation of carnitas including cutting seasoning and organizing ingredients
- support the cooking process by monitoring temperatures handling equipment safely and following instructions
- serve customers take orders and package carnitas and other menu items
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area including kitchen surfaces utensils and customer-facing areas
- restock ingredients tortillas containers and other supplies as needed
- follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- help with opening and closing tasks including cleaning organizing and equipment checks
- provide friendly and efficient customer service during busy periods
