Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and food safety standards
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests
- Prepare coffee and other beverages following recipes
- Take guest orders and payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Support the team by preparing products and stocking supplies
- Conduct food safety checks and complete logs
- Attend work regularly and provide notice for absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
