Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 50 lbs
- Capable of operating coffee machines and related equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
Job Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for coffee shop service
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain an organized workspace
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to help team members
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and offering personalized recommendations
- Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly and consistently following recipes
- Take guest orders and payments efficiently while addressing questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- Support team efforts by preparing products for other shifts and assisting in stocking supplies
- Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to ensure a safe work environment
- Demonstrate regular and timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned
