Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- ability to operate equipment such as coffee makers, espresso machines, scanners, and registers
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow food safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for excellent service
- barista or food service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to follow recipes and maintain an organized workspace
- strong team player willing to assist wherever needed
- dependable with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and offering personalized recommendations
- prepare coffee and other beverages quickly and consistently following recipes
- take guest orders and payments efficiently while addressing questions and concerns
- maintain cleanliness by stocking supplies, cleaning floors, and organizing the coffee shop
- prepare products and assist in stocking and organizing supplies for other shifts
- conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to ensure sanitary conditions
- maintain regular attendance and timely compliance with work schedules
- perform other duties as assigned
