Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable operating equipment such as coffee maker, espresso machine, grinder, register, and blender
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a barista or food service/cashier role is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain cleanliness
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and offering personalized recommendations
- Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly, consistently, and following recipes
- Take guest orders and payments efficiently while addressing questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness by stocking supplies, cleaning floors, and organizing the coffee shop
- Support the team by preparing products for other shifts and assisting with stocking
- Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to maintain sanitation
- Attend work regularly and on time, communicating about absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
