Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- flexibility based on business needs
- willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at SONIC
- ability to skate proficiently and frequently on various surfaces (for Skating Carhops)
- ability to continuously stand, balance, carry trays, and sweep while roller skating
- eagerness to learn and grow

Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling demeanor
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform basic math and reading tasks
- willingness to cross-train on various job stations
- general knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required
- completion of SONIC Skating Training Program (for Skating Carhops)

- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- skating proficiently while carrying food trays (for Skating Carhops)
- standing, balancing, and sweeping while roller skating
- cross-training on all service station tasks
