Job Requirements

Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
Effective communication skills
Basic math and reading skills
Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
Completion of SONIC Skating Training Program (for skating carhop servers)
Ability to roller skate proficiently on various surfaces
Ability to balance and carry a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to continuously stand, balance and sweep while roller skating

Job Qualifications

Friendly and smiling demeanor

Ability to cross-train on all stations
General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations preferred but not required
