As a SONIC Drive-In Carhop working with McCue Group Sonics, your primary role is to serve guests with a SuperSONIC experience characterized by warmth, efficiency, and personalized service. Carhops are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for greeting every guest with a friendly attitude and expert knowledge of the SONIC menu. You will assist customers in navigating the menu’s wide range of customizable options, ensuring they receive exactly what they want quickly and accurately. Your role is empowered beyond typical server duties as you are entrusted to resolve customer concerns on the spot, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied. Maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the drive-in environment is also a key part of the role, guaranteeing that all health and safety regulations are met consistently.

You will work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. For those applying to be a Skating Carhop, additional skills include proficiency in roller skating, completing SONIC’s skating training program, and the ability to balance and carry trays while on skates.
