Job Requirements

Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Roller skate proficiency for skating Carhop role

Job Qualifications

Friendly and smiling demeanor
Willingness to cross-train on all stations
Team player focused on cleanliness and safety
General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred
Completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for skating Carhops
Effective communication skills and basic math and reading abilities

Job Duties

Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate customizable combinations
Being empowered to resolve customer concerns guaranteeing satisfaction
Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
Operating as a Skating Carhop by proficiently roller skating and carrying trays
Standing, balancing, and sweeping while roller skating
Cross-training on various stations to support restaurant operations
