Job Duties
- Deliver a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- Help customers navigate all customizable menu combinations
- Resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Perform duties while roller skating if trained as a Skating Carhop
- Complete the SONIC Skating Training Program if applicable
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
