Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of warehouse experience at Tropical
- OSHA forklift operation certification
- Valid State of Florida driver’s license
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- No travel required

Job Duties
- Inspect and receive cargo to ensure compliance with Tropical's acceptance requirements
- Notify Supervisor or Crew Leader for problem resolution when cargo does not meet requirements
- Measure and document shipment size, type, and characteristics with written records of discrepancies
- Apply proper Tropical labels according to cargo marks and paperwork
- Enter accurate data into the warehouse management system preparing cargo for putaway
- Operate a forklift as part of receiving, stripping, or putaway processes
- Put away cargo in the correct location and document the transaction in the warehouse management system
