Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- valid driver’s license
- proof of auto insurance
- satisfy I-9 work eligibility in the U.S.
- own reliable transportation and drive to client’s residence
- minimum 1 year experience working with seniors or nursing program enrollment or CNA course completion
- ability to pass national background check
- drug-free
- must be able to carry or lift 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- minimum 1 year experience working with seniors or currently enrolled in a nursing program or completion of a CNA course
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- valid driver’s license
- proof of auto insurance
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to pass a national background check
- drug-free status
- physical ability to carry or lift 25 pounds
Job Duties
- assist seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- help clients with mobility and transportation needs
- monitor clients’ health and report any changes to supervisor
- maintain a clean and safe environment in clients’ homes
- adhere to infection control and safety protocols
- provide support for medication reminders and simple health monitoring
