Job Requirements

Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance

Job Qualifications

Professional caregiving experience preferred but not required
Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Willingness to learn and complete skills training provided by Home Instead
Compassionate and patient with seniors
Reliable and responsible work ethic

Job Duties

Provide companionship and conversation
Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Give medication and appointment reminders
Assist with grooming and bathing
Support clients with toileting and incontinence issues
Deliver Alzheimer’s and dementia care
Maintain a respectful and dignified relationship with clients
