Job Requirements

must be 18 years or older
ability to perform physical tasks required in caregiving
reliable transportation to clients' homes
background check clearance
willingness to work flexible hours
commitment to client safety and confidentiality
excellent problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
certified nursing assistant (CNA) credential highly valued
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to follow care plans and instructions
empathetic and patient demeanor
ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Job Duties

assist clients with activities of daily living such as grooming and personal hygiene
perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
run errands related to client needs including grocery shopping and pharmacy visits
prepare meals according to client dietary requirements
provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being
prioritize client safety and report any changes in health status
collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
