Job Requirements
- Transfer and gait belt experience
- ability to assist with bathing and personal hygiene
- minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- valid driver’s license
- reliable vehicle

- comfortable with older dog who barks
- availability to work weekend shifts from 6 am to 8 pm
- willingness to work in client’s home
- ability to perform mobility and transfer support
- physical capability to assist client safely
Job Qualifications
- 1 year or more of professional caregiving experience
- experience with transfer and gait belt techniques
- ability to assist with bathing and personal hygiene
- valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- comfortable around older dogs that bark
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- basic knowledge of physical therapy support
- ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Job Duties
- Deliver hands-on care including bathing, grooming, and dressing with compassion
- assist with safe transfers and use of gait belts for mobility support
- provide companionship through warm conversation and shared activities like sitting on the back porch
- perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to maintain a comfortable environment
- support steady physical therapy regimen through attentive and patient assistance
- manage hygiene assistance including bathing and grooming
- care for the client’s older blind dog with patience and understanding
