Job Requirements
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
- have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
- reliable transportation for travel between visits
- availability to work full-time or part-time including weekdays and weekends
- physically able to perform caregiving duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior caregiving or related experience is a plus
- ability to communicate in basic English
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- ability to follow care plans and instructions
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt to client needs
Job Duties
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
- assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
- provide personal care services including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence
- maintain client safety and well-being during visits
- communicate effectively with clients and family members about care needs
- adhere to care plans and compliance standards
- utilize company tools and mobile app for schedule and client updates
