This position offers a flexible schedule—full-time, part-time, or weekend shifts—to accommodate your lifestyle and commitments. You will be helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes instead of in institutional settings. Starting wages range from $15 to $18 per hour, with a supportive work environment including 24/7 assistance and paid training, ensuring you are fully prepared for the role regardless of previous experience.

As a caregiver, you will develop meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation, helping with essential daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, bathing, dressing, mobility support, and medication reminders. You will be instrumental in creating a safe, supportive environment that reduces the need for facility care and promotes the senior's independence.
