Established with a commitment to delivering outstanding care and hospitality, Belmont Village prides itself on creating vibrant environments where senior residents can thrive socially, emotionally, and physically. The company’s diverse teams consist of servant leaders who are dedicated, empathetic, and hardworking, thriving in hands-on, fast-paced, and physically active roles. They embody the core values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Dignity, Integrity, Ownership, and Learning, which shape the culture and the quality of care provided to residents.
Belmont Village is currently seeking a full-time Caregiver for the afternoon and evening shifts on a 4/2 rotation schedule. This role focuses on providing direct, hands-on care to seniors residing within their Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The position emphasizes empathy, reliability, and a strong work ethic, making it ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality and facilitating senior residents’ ability to age with dignity and joy. While a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is not mandatory, applicants holding one or possessing relevant caregiving experience are especially encouraged to apply.
As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will be an essential part of a close-knit team that fosters a supportive and engaging community for seniors. Your main responsibility will be to assist seniors with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring their safety, comfort, and social engagement. The role demands a collaborative approach, where you will promote socialization and encourage participation in community activities, all while maintaining the highest standards of care, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Accurate documentation and communication regarding each resident’s needs and any changes in their condition are crucial aspects of the position.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the senior living industry. Belmont Village supports continuous learning through training programs led by subject matter experts, along with complimentary continuing education courses. The company also values its employees by offering various perks such as direct support for unexpected hardships, exclusive discounts, celebration of milestones and achievements, and referral bonuses. Working at Belmont Village means joining a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes the well-being of both its residents and staff, fostering a workplace where career advancement and personal growth are attainable.
Belmont Village Senior Living provides comprehensive benefits packages to support its full-time employees. These include medical, dental, vision, mental health, and prescription coverage, along with paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plans with employer match, and both short-term and long-term disability insurance, as well as life insurance. The company is committed to equal opportunity employment and encourages applications from individuals across a broad spectrum of backgrounds, ensuring an inclusive and respectful work environment.
If you are a professional with a compassionate heart and a dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors, Belmont Village Senior Living invites you to become a part of their dynamic team. The afternoon/evening Caregiver role in communities spanning multiple locations including Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Lomita, Torrance, and nearby areas offers a fulfilling career with purpose, supported by a company that values trust, integrity, and teamwork.
