The company prides itself on a strong community-oriented approach and treats its Care Professionals like family, ensuring a supportive work environment where employees feel valued and empowered to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives. They offer a per diem employment type with flexible shift scheduling options that include 4, 8, and 12-hour shifts to accommodate various lifestyles and preferences. The role requires candidates to have a valid driver's license and access to a car since client transportation is part of the job. The pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience and communication skills, with opportunities for premium pay on company holidays and wage increases driven by performance.

The Care Professional role at Endurance Home Care is vital in providing a broad range of supportive services designed to promote safety, health, and social well-being for clients. Care Professionals engage in activities ranging from companionship and conversation to light housekeeping tasks and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and managing incontinence care. They also help with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and safety supervision to prevent falls and other accidents. Additionally, the role includes assisting clients with medication reminders, transportation to appointments and errands, and adhering closely to individual care plans while keeping detailed notes and communicating changes in client condition to care teams. Care Professionals are supported by monthly in-service trainings to ensure ongoing education and skill development. The supportive company culture emphasizes career progression, flexible scheduling, direct deposit for strong weekly pay, referral incentive programs for both clients and caregivers, and a retirement savings program.
