Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid CNA license or certification
- minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred
- ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- dependable transportation for travel to client homes
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent
- prior experience in caregiving or homecare
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of medication assistance
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- accompany clients to appointments and outings
- provide medication reminders and assistance
- maintain accurate client records and communicate with healthcare professionals
- support activities of daily living to promote client independence
- adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring client safety
