Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid CNA license or certification
  • minimum of 1 year caregiving experience preferred
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • dependable transportation for travel to client homes
  • availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent
  • prior experience in caregiving or homecare
  • compassionate and patient demeanor
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • basic knowledge of medication assistance
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • provide medication reminders and assistance
  • maintain accurate client records and communicate with healthcare professionals
  • support activities of daily living to promote client independence
  • adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring client safety
