As a caregiver with our agency, you will play a critical role in achieving our mission by providing direct assistance and companionship to seniors. This is a rewarding position where you support older adults with everyday tasks, ranging from light housekeeping to transportation and personal care. You will develop meaningful relationships with clients, providing emotional support and fostering a sense of independence within their home environments. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to work shifts of 4, 8, or 12 hours with consistent weekly scheduling that matches your availability and pairs you with the same client routinely. This continuity of care promotes trust and comfort for both the client and caregiver.

Compensation for this role is competitive, starting at $21 - $22 per hour in Boulder, with special rates up to $24 per hour for couples care and up to $30 per hour for last-minute shift pickups.
