Access Senior Home Care prides itself on creating a supportive and flexible working environment tailored to meet the unique needs of its caregivers, acknowledging that a motivated and well-supported workforce is essential to providing the best possible care to clients. This dynamic healthcare company serves a diverse clientele, focusing heavily on personalized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of seniors, including those with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
As Access Senior Home Care continues to expand its services due to increasing demand, it is excited to welcome new caregivers to its team who are dedicated to making a significant impact in the lives of elderly clients. The company offers competitive wages ranging from $17.25 to $20.00 per hour, with convenient weekly pay and opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance. A strong emphasis is placed on work-life balance, allowing caregivers to choose between full-time and part-time shifts that fit their schedules. Caregivers at Access Senior Home Care engage in diverse and rewarding work that goes beyond basic assistance. Their duties encompass safety supervision such as bathing and walking assistance, fall prevention, and support for clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s. They also provide medication reminders, meal planning and preparation adhering to prescribed diets, and housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning. Transportation services such as grocery shopping and accompanying clients to medical and social appointments are also part of the role. Personal care tasks like hygiene, dressing, grooming, exercising assistance, and companionship further illustrate the comprehensive nature of this role. The company leverages technology by providing a caregiver app, enabling staff to easily access schedules and client care needs, streamlining communication and efficiency. Through programs like caregiver of the month and various referral bonuses, Access Senior Home Care fosters a community atmosphere where contributions are recognized and rewarded. This role is ideal for individuals with a caring heart who seek meaningful work with flexible hours, a supportive team, and the chance to grow professionally within a dedicated senior care organization.
