Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in the human services field
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Successful clearance of background checks
- Caring attitude with dedication to assisting others
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
- Commitment to quality in all responsibilities

Job Duties
- Provide training, assistance, and supervision to individuals receiving care in living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other assistance in residential and community settings
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration
- Facilitate working relationships between employers and individuals served
- Support community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or activities
- Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding individual progress
- Ensure safety and well-being of individuals at all times
