Job Requirements

  • One year of professional caregiving experience
  • Ability to pass a background check through FBI and DOJ
  • Provide two forms of government-issued identification
  • Provide a negative TB test result
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to Antioch, CA 94531 location
  • Kind, patient, and caring heart

Job Qualifications

  • One year of professional caregiving experience
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to pass a background check through FBI and DOJ
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Provide two forms of government-issued identification
  • Provide a negative TB test result
  • Basic knowledge of caregiving principles and client assistance

Job Duties

  • Provide non-medical in-home care including light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as toileting, bathing, and feeding
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Follow care plans and communicate changes in client condition
  • Maintain client safety and comfort at all times
  • Attend paid training and orientation sessions
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members and family members
