Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Current automobile insurance
- Successful completion of pre-employment fingerprinting and drug screening
- A caring heart and can-do attitude to fulfill the position description
- Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is beneficial but not required
- Ability to complete background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and overnight
- Willingness to learn and participate in training opportunities
Job Duties
- Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors
- Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and errands within a 15-mile radius
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the care team
- Participate in paid orientation and ongoing training programs
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and client confidentiality standards
- Promote a supportive and friendly environment for clients and coworkers
