Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with one year clean driving history
- access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a team
- patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
- availability to work Sunday 9pm-9am and fill in extra hours

Job Duties
- assist individuals with personal hygiene
- support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- help participants be part of the community and enjoy favorite activities
- develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- handle behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- demonstrate patience, compassion, and reliability
- collaborate with team members and participants’ supervisors
