Job Requirements

Reliable vehicle
Current driver’s license
Up-to-date auto insurance
California Registry (HCA) certification or willingness to obtain
Live Scan background check or willingness to complete
Current negative TB test

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a caregiver
Knowledge of emergency response
Housekeeping and cooking skills with attention to dietary needs
Commitment to health and safety standards
Respectful, compassionate, and ethical attitude
Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Physical endurance for caregiving tasks

Job Duties

Assist seniors with daily living activities
Run occasional errands such as doctor’s appointments and grocery shopping
Provide medication reminders
Offer incontinence care and toileting assistance
Support ambulation and mobility
Prepare light meals
Perform light housekeeping including wiping kitchen and bathroom surfaces, washing dishes, loading/unloading dishwasher, sweeping/mopping floors, emptying trash, and light cleaning of toilet and bathroom
Manage laundry by washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes
Assist with grooming and dressing
