Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- valid auto insurance policy in your name
- reliable transportation
- ability to commute to Omaha, NE 68154
- no prior caregiving experience needed
- must be able to work full-time or part-time
- willingness to undergo background checks
- ability to follow care plans and instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- basic understanding of seniors' needs and challenges
- good interpersonal skills
- reliable and trustworthy
- willingness to learn and attend paid orientation sessions
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and conversation
- perform light housekeeping tasks
- offer occasional transportation for errands and groceries
- assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- support client mobility
- prepare meals
- provide medication reminders
