Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- excellent communication skills
- adaptability and multitasking capabilities
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong time-management skills
- patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
- valid driver’s license
- access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Job Duties
- assist people with personal hygiene
- support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- help participants achieve developmental goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- build meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- take initiative to encourage community participation and engagement
- collaborate with supervisors and team members to provide comprehensive care
- ensure participant safety and wellbeing during all activities
