Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of sales and customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to acquire a Nevada Timeshare license or currently licensed
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Meet all compensation plan goals

Job Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or service industry is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Present ownership products and programs to guests and potential owners to generate sales and revenue growth while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company
  • Sell to qualified buyers who are prescreened to attend appointment-only presentations
  • Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations
  • Participate in ongoing professional sales trainings
  • Maintain effective communication and relationship building with clients and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction using various forms of communication such as email, telephone, and written correspondence
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
  • Carry out all other reasonable requests by management
