Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic office and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Prior experience in a medical office environment is desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic office and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in medical receptionist role preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
  • Verify insurance, process authorizations, and collect payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
  • Answer phone calls and assist patients
  • Uphold HIPAA compliance to ensure patient privacy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients
