Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Basic office and customer service skills
Ability to operate standard office equipment and software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance
Prior experience in a medical office environment is desirable but not mandatory
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Basic office and customer service skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Previous experience in medical receptionist role preferred but not required

Job Duties

Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
Verify insurance, process authorizations, and collect payments
Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
Answer phone calls and assist patients
Uphold HIPAA compliance to ensure patient privacy
Provide exceptional customer service to all patients
