The Care Center Concierge role is a part-time position covering Wednesday through Friday from 4 pm to 11:30 pm, focusing on resident services within the vibrant community. This essential role involves welcoming and directing all residents and guests, addressing their questions and simple needs promptly and professionally. The concierge acts as a liaison by monitoring emergency response systems and managing incoming communications, ensuring safety and seamless coordination throughout the community. The position demands a customer service mindset, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle stress responsibly with sound judgment, especially in emergency situations. Current CPR and First Aid certification or the willingness to obtain these certifications are mandatory for candidates to qualify. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a luxury senior living environment while developing interpersonal and problem-solving skills in a high-touch service setting.
