Lexington Clinic is currently seeking a full-time General Cardiologist to join its flourishing cardiology department. The cardiologist will become a vital part of a multi-specialty group, enjoying privileges at an adjacent open-heart facility as well as two other nearby hospitals. This opportunity is perfect for cardiologists who desire a balanced yet dynamic professional schedule, with an anticipated daily clinic volume of 20-25 patients and a reasonable shared call schedule. The role includes a broad range of cardiology services such as cardioversion, diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, echocardiograms, EKGs, Holter and event monitors, nuclear stress tests, pacemakers and ICD implants, peripheral angiography with stent placement, stress echos and tests, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and tilt table testing.
