CSI is currently hiring motivated individuals for a Customer Service Advisor role at their Chula Vista, CA location. The job involves direct interaction with customers, guiding them through the car wash process, promoting unlimited wash memberships, and ensuring a safe and attractive environment onsite. CSI compensates employees hourly, with additional bonuses based on membership sales, rewarding hard work and sales success.
The primary responsibilities include educating customers about various car wash services, quickly selling memberships, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the site including restrooms, and assisting customers at the point of sale. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, with management positions requiring a minimum age of 21. The job includes occasional travel between nearby Chevron stations for work, and candidates must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and necessary insurance. Job Duties
- Guide customers onto conveyor using hand signals
- take customer orders of unlimited memberships and sell memberships within 15-30 seconds
- learn Chevron Wash core values and carwash service menu completely prior to first work shift
- maintain a positive attitude and interact professionally with customers and employees
- clean and maintain car wash site and equipment
- assist guests with questions on pricing, service, and awareness
- guide customers into car wash tunnel
- sell additional services and unlimited memberships
- maintain and stock chemicals and equipment
- assist customers to process transactions
- maintain a safe environment on-site while working with others
