Job Requirements

- Ability to have high mobility for up to eight hours a shift
- Customer service skills and welcoming friendly attitude
- Ability to build emotional connections with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and keep smiling no matter what comes your way
- Basic math and basic reading skills
- Available to work on a rotational basis at multiple locations
- Preferred enrollment in a post-secondary program or technical training program
- Must have availability on the weekends
- Must have availability for at least two lunch shifts
- Legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Provide quick and friendly guest service and experience
- Take car-side orders and deliver food within a predetermined time limit
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and pricing to enhance guest experience
- Greet and welcome new guests to the Swensons experience while adhering to guest service standards
- Adhere to seasonal uniform standards maintaining a neat and clean appearance as brand ambassadors
- Use handheld devices to take orders and process guest transactions
- Handle financial responsibilities including credit and cash transactions
- Ensure food meets temperature, packaging, appearance, and presentation standards before serving
- Promote and adhere to Swensons core values and mission statement
- Perform additional duties such as preparing food items, cleaning, refilling inventory, and assisting with online or phone orders
- Maintain restaurant standards of food quality, service friendliness, cleanliness, and safety
