Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have own car, valid driver’s license, valid registration and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience in delivery or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with mobile apps and technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to loyal customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to meet approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain knowledge of local delivery area to optimize routes
- Ensure vehicle is maintained and complies with safety regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures for delivery operations
