This is a part-time opportunity with a guaranteed minimum hourly pay of $17.00. As a Delivery Driver at Insomnia Cookies, you are the vital link between the bakery and its fans, delivering cookie magic right to customers' doorsteps. The role requires careful checking of orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store and ensuring timely and safe delivery of cookies, milk, and ice cream. Additionally, maintaining a high level of customer service through positive and professional interactions is essential, whether face-to-face or over the phone. Drivers also use the company’s delivery app to provide accurate order status updates, helping to enhance the customer experience.

This position requires excellent time management and organizational skills to navigate delivery routes efficiently within a 2-mile radius of the store. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, car registration and insurance, and pass a motor vehicle background check. A smartphone with a data plan is necessary to operate the delivery app effectively. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
