This role is critical as the direct representative or “boots on the ground” for Insomnia Cookies outside the bakery, bringing the brand’s signature sweet treats directly to customers. This is a part-time position offering competitive pay of $17.00 per hour plus tips. Delivery drivers have the exciting responsibility of transforming ordinary deliveries into memorable customer experiences by ensuring timely and safe transport of cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal fans within a small, manageable delivery zone, typically around a 2-mile radius from the store.

The Delivery Driver is expected to be an ambassador of the brand, providing exceptional customer service through friendly and professional interactions both in-person and over the phone. Utilizing Insomnia’s delivery app to manage orders and provide accurate status updates enhances the seamlessness and reliability of the delivery experience. Drivers will also be involved in checking orders for quality and accuracy before shipment, ensuring customers receive exactly what they ordered fresh and intact.
