Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have own car with valid registration and insurance
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Open availability for call-ins and coverage
- One shift per week guaranteed
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the local delivery area is a plus
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery app proficiently
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers
- Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
