Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Own a reliable car with valid registration and insurance
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must have a smartphone with an active data plan
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible part-time schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the local 2-mile radius delivery area is a plus
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to representing the company’s positive brand image
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions in-person or by phone
- Use the company delivery app to approved standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain knowledge of the local delivery zone and optimize routes for efficiency
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while driving and delivering
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues during delivery
