Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years or older
- must have reliable personal transportation including a car, valid license, registration, and insurance
- must be able to pass motor vehicle background check
- must own a smartphone with data plan
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to communicate positively with customers
- smartphone with data plan
- knowledge of the local 2-mile radius is a plus
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- use Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- manage time efficiently to complete deliveries in assigned small zones
- follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving
- handle customer concerns and feedback professionally and escalate when necessary
