Job Requirements
- Must have your own car
- must possess a valid driver’s license
- must have valid vehicle registration
- must have valid vehicle insurance
- must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- must have a smartphone with a data plan
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- familiarity with the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- ability to use a smartphone with a data plan effectively
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone
- use the Insomnia delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate order status updates to customers
