Job Requirements
- Must have own car with valid license, registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- Must have own car with valid license, insurance and registration
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and technology
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person and by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates
- Maintain knowledge of the local delivery area to optimize delivery efficiency
