Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Must pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be able to work up to 30 hours per week
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage delivery routes efficiently within the designated delivery zone
- Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor delivery issues promptly
