Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers promptly and safely
- Provide quality customer service with positive and professional interactions in-person and by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and update customers accurately
- Manage time effectively and organize deliveries within a small delivery zone
- Ensure vehicle is maintained and merchandise is delivered without damage
