Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year of bartending experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol

- knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties

Job Duties
- Stock bar
- mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- assist in cost control
- maintain inventory records
- maintain inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of food and beverage products
- communicate with management when supplies are needed
- ensure compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
- communicate guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
- perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
- accountable for checks and cash transactions
- utilize Point of Sales System
- review banquet schedule and calendar of events
- serve catered parties from service or portable bars
- occasionally serve meals to guests
- incorporate safe work practices
- perform other duties as required
