Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality service
  • Dependable and motivated individual
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Capacity to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Willingness to provide warm and authentic guest service

Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming dining experience for all guests
  • Deliver an exceptional and fun detail oriented dining experience that reflects the standards of RRG
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring correct timing and presentation
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service protocols
  • Support opening and closing duties, including side work, stocking, and end of shift cleaning
  • Support all team members, including managers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, and hosts to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Utilize wine and beverage knowledge to enhance the dining experience
